INTERNATIONAL PATENT APPLICATIONS

U.S. or PCT Patent Application. Whether it is a U.S. patent application or an international (PCT) patent application, if your invention is entitled to patent protection, a patent application will be drafted to afford the maximum protection allowable under U.S. law. Your patent application is drafted, submitted for your review, and when it describes your invention to your satisfaction, it is then electronically submitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Non-U.S. Clients. PCT applications are prepared for Non-U.S. clients in a style and format to maximize effect for consideration by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office during the national stage, saving later costs and preserving options. Foreign counsel is required for filing the application in your home country, or you may sign and submit the application and papers yourself. U.S. National Stage applications are also prepared and submitted based on your PCT application.
